Pilates is a great way for both males and females of any fitness level involved in any, or no sport at all to improve their core strength, balance, posture, muscle imbalances, and coordination. Pilates is a form of low-impact workout, which can be done in a group setting or as a one-on-one session with emphasis placed on the Pilates Principles: Concentration, Control, Centring, Flow of movement, Precision, and Breathing. Pilates Mat Group Sessions are held twice weekly in the Conditioning Room.
